What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. This website:
- has no forms and does not ask you for any information;
- sets no cookies and does not store anything in your browser;
- uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools;
- loads no scripts, fonts, images or embedded content from other websites. Everything on it is served from technostat-labs.com.
Information handled by our hosting provider
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. As with any website, your browser has to send some technical information for a page to be delivered, such as your IP address, the type of browser you use and the address of the page you asked for. Microsoft processes this information to deliver and protect the service, under its own privacy terms. We have not added any analytics or logging of our own, and we do not use this information to identify visitors.
If you email or call us
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to give, such as your name, email address, phone number and what you write or tell us. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing. We keep it for three years after the matter is settled, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete it.
Our products
This policy covers only this website. Our product, RaxCube, has its own privacy policy at raxcube.com/privacy.html, which explains how it handles personal data and applies when you use it. A store built on RaxCube has its own notice, published by the merchant who runs it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any other law that applies to you, you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to nominate someone to act for you, and to raise a grievance with us. Write to info@technostat-labs.com; we acknowledge within 24 hours and answer within fifteen days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
